Our cooking classes have a basic fee of 25,000 yen (tax included) per person, and reservations can be made for groups of 5 or more.It can accommodate up to 10 people and you can enjoy learning about sushi (rolled sushi, hand-rolled sushi, nigiri sushi), tempura (shrimp, flounder, vegetables), specially selected Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, and a three-course seasonal dish platter.This is a special experience where you can learn how to make sushi and tempura and enjoy a meal at the same time.Only one group per day is allowed, so you can enjoy a relaxing time.
Course menu
Cooking classes can be booked for a minimum of five people.
A reservation for five people costs 125,000 yen (tax included) → for each additional person, an additional 25,000 yen (tax included) will be added.Reservations can be made for up to ten people.
・Sushi: Rolled sushi, hand-rolled sushi, various nigiri sushi (from how to combine the rice to making nigiri sushi)
・Tempura: Shrimp, flounder, various vegetables (from batter coating to frying the tempura)
・Specially selected Wagyu beef shabu-shabu
・Three kinds of seasonal dishes (our seasonal dishes)
*You can enjoy the experience and meal of sushi, tempura, and shabu-shabu.
